Caleb Gonzalez, Agent/Owner is a native of Southern California and has a passion for working with people and making their dreams of home ownership a reality. He has been a real estate investor for more then twelve years and purchased his first home at the age of twenty three. Caleb has owned properties throughout Southern California and also invests in properties in other states. Through his experience over the years he has acquired a great understanding of both the buying and selling process in the Real Estate business and shares this knowledge with each of his clients.
Caleb, along with his partner Kenny Herring make up the team of VonKeith Properties. Caleb’s intense background with computer technologies allows him to bring the latest on-line tools that provide his clients with unparalleled customer service and convenience. The VonKeith Properties Team provides their clients with what they have called their “Virtual Mobile Real Estate Office” which brings all necessary tools directly to their clients wherever they may be. Caleb brings over 10 years of Entertainment and Production business experience from his extensive work with a local production studio as well as his many years of experience as a real estate investor.
Caleb works with clients in the greater Los Angeles area including Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Studio City and the Hollywood Hills. Caleb is a Realtor® with Pasadena-Foothill association of Realtors® and is a member of the National association of Realtors® and California association of Realtors®. His hobbies include tennis, skiing, travel and spending time with friends and family.

Kenny Herring, Broker/Owner is a native of Southern California is a third generation real estate investor and Realtor®. Both his Grandfather and Father held a real estate license and were also active in real estate investments. Kenny is committed to handling every client's real estate transaction as if it were his own.
