Caleb Gonzalez, Agent/Owner is a native of Southern California and has a passion for working with people and making their dreams of home ownership a reality. He has been a real estate investor for more then twelve years and purchased his first home at the age of twenty three. Caleb has owned properties throughout Southern California and also invests in properties in other states. Through his experience over the years he has acquired a great understanding of both the buying and selling process in the Real Estate business and shares this knowledge with each of his clients.
Caleb, along with his partner Kenny Herring make up the team of VonKeith Properties. Caleb works with clients in the greater Los Angeles area including Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Studio City and the Hollywood Hills. Caleb is a Realtor® with Pasadena-Foothill association of Realtors® and is a member of the National association of Realtors® and California association of Realtors®. Born and raised in Burbank, California, she received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development in 2002 from Cal State University at Fullerton and has since worked in various areas of sales, marketing, negotiations and business management.
Her hobbies include Hawaiian Hula & Tahitian Dancing- for which she dances professionally, and spending time with her family & friends.

Victoria was born in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to Los Angeles in 2000 to be part of the dynamic real estate market.
As she is fully bi-lingual in Spanish and English, she has been able to help those who speak either language achieve their American dream of owning a home.
Since real estate is her true passion, Victoria is constantly educating herself in current real estate market trends and is a participating member of the Burbank Association of Realtors.

Born and raised in Los Angeles Dylan has always had a passion for finance. While at Morgan Stanley he worked directly with the Senior Vice Presidents of the Santa Monica office serving their premier clientele.
During his studies at USC he developed his passion for real estate and learned the intricacies of financial modeling and project administration.
Dylan specializes in deal structure and feasibility analysis helping his clients make sound and profitable real estate investments while improving communities in which they take place.
