Nicole has grown up, lived, and worked in South Orange County for over 40 years. As a child, growing up in Mission Viejo, she attended Kindergarten through High School in the Capistrano Unified School District and later, as an adult, she landed her first teaching position at R.H. Dana Elementary School in the same school district. She earned her BA degree from California State University, Fullerton followed by her teaching credential at University of California, Irvine. After teaching elementary school for 8 years, she decided to earn her Master’s degree from CSU, Northridge in Communicative Disorders and she subsequently worked as a Speech Therapist for Santa Ana Unified School District for another 10 years. She followed this with a position as a Speech Therapist for Providence St. Joseph’s in Mission Viejo.
As the result of Nicole’s evolving interests and a refocusing of her life’s priorities, she decided to make a career change into the world of real estate. Her natural propensity towards organization, task completion and her interpersonal skills lead her not only to want to sell and purchase property for others, but also to start her own property management company. Helping people find their home, whether a rental home or a forever home is a new passion that provides Nicole with a sense of happiness and satisfaction of a job well done.
